Come and hang out with the Liberty Belles as we learn a halftime routine and perform with us at our next basketball game! Your registration includes a T-shirt, snack, and craft. Clinic will be held on November 14th from 1-4 pm. Join us on December 1st to perform with us at halftime. You do not have to attend a LCISD school to attend our clinic.

Parent/Guardian WaiverI, as the parent/guardian of the above named camp registrant ("my child"), do hereby grant permission for my child to participate in the Liberty Belles Dance Camp and acknowledge the fact that my child is physically able to participate in camp activities. I hereby release the camp and its employees, Lubbock-Cooper ISD, the Lubbock-Cooper ISD Board of Trustees, Lubbock-Cooper ISD administrators, and Lubbock-Cooper ISD employees from all claims from injuries or illness which may be sustained by my child during the course of Liberty Belles Dance Camp. Should medical treatment for my child be deemed necessary by the camp director or designee during my child's participation in the Liberty Belles Dance Camp, I authorize the camp director or designee to select hospital facilities and/or physician(s) and authorize medical treatment for my child.Please check the box above if you have read & understand the terms and conditions.
